Check the factors and behaviors contributing to hair loss.

1) Late-night snacking can generate heat in the digestive system, leading to increased heat flow to the scalp.

2) Intense physical actions such as towel-drying hair or excessive stimulation, can impact the scalp.

3) Washing hair too often can strip natural oils, affecting scalp health; it's advisable to cleanse hair earlier in the day to allow scalp recovery overnight.

4) When using a hair dryer, maintain a distance of more than 30cm to minimize scalp exposure to hot air.

5) Excessive use of styling products can attract pollutants to the scalp, potentially affecting hair health.

6) Things like drinking, smoking, and spending time in the sun without protection can use up the antioxidants in your body, which can harm keratin, the protein that makes up your hair, making it weaker.

7) If you go on extreme diets, it might mess with how fast your hair grows because you're not getting enough of the stuff your hair needs to stay healthy. Eating foods with lots of protein and vitamins can help your hair grow strong and healthy.

8) When you're pregnant or just had a baby, your hormones can go a bit crazy, which might make your hair start falling out more than usual. Also, because your body's focusing on growing your baby, it might not have enough nutrients left for your hair, so you might notice more hair loss during this time.
